To the white tailed deer

 

Lay me in a cushioned chair.   My body begs for calmness, and unwinding..

It may be Thursday evening there, but it's Relax day here....

I just want to watch the dim firelight,

tickle my tongue with tea,

and make lemon cupcakes

Blueberry tea, and lemon cupcakes are the sunlight to a gray day. My insides are warm, but the sky isn't pleasant. The trees are fruitless, and shadowless. 

  I surely miss the smell of lavender, and the coat less days of spring/summer

Today, the sky holds no sun beams, only dark clouds spitting snow.

 Thank the world for tea kettles, and cupcakes in an oven!

 

 There's a white tailed deer playing curious by the bare tree outside. He's a wild and majestic animal.

Monday delivers me my birthday.  The thought of birthday plans makes me feel animated! I'm dancing through the hallways dressed in smiles.   This year the 13th of December promises shopping, sushi, and margarita's.  Oh the perfect day.  Galloping through shops, munching on edamame beans, and drinking margarita's(legally!!)

I want electricity, and adventure. Not just vanity, or presents...

I want to share the day with smiles, chuckles, and breathings of my heart.   

I just want happiness to blanket my bones, and flow onto everyone I share the day with.

My birthday: a pleasant excuse to drink stronger, laugh louder, and act stranger

These photos were taken Monday. I'm breathless, and catching up with school tasks, so I apologize for the delay in posting.   I cannot wait until I grow wings, then I'll be free to live gently as I please.

Monday was a day. A day mixed with the sweetness of sugar, and the brightness of the yellow sun.  I cheerfully matched the sun's colors and attended a local bloggers coffee date.  It was a delight to meet everyone. We spent the time bonding with conversations about living, and blogging. 

All of the girls wore hearts so big, and words so kind.    Another meet up is in the near future,  except this time we're trading coffee for wine.
