the birds, the bees, and the citrus trees*

It's evening. The dark sky plays a mystic tune. I can see the moon, and the moon sees me.

My darling mother is awake, baking oatmeal cookies for us rascals that feed off of her plates.   

Without her, I'd only be a set of bones.

As the day ends, a new set of dawns begin. I can welcome the week with smiling eyes, and hopeful dreams. My life is rich in love, and chocolate, and teeth. What more could I want in the month of December?

I'm admiring the staircase, and how it leads to our Christmas tree.

The reds, and greens tickling my whimsy. I feel a warm embrace gleaming within me.*

All day I've been dining on baby oranges.  They are tiny pieces of admirable loveliness. When I look at them, I can't help but grin. They sit so cute and friendly.   When morning began, I grabbed three at a time, and split them with my teeth.   As I sip on the tastes, I think of the citrus tree that spent it's life bearing oranges.

Magic.

The new week is surely something.   I will be buried in essays, novels, and exams. School will tickle my ears, stretch my eyes, and keep me away. All I'll want to do is sleep, write melodies, chase white rabbits, and listen to old hymns, but it takes 22,700 bees to fill one jar of honey. What I really mean to say is that sometimes in life, like in nature,  hours must spin, and time must travel, before we can truly fill our cups with sweetness.

I want you to know that I'm happy. I have hearts in my life, and treats in the oven

Besides school, and the vanishing baby oranges,  I am well.

As I finish this post, I want to give a big HUG to my followers
