where black bears roam

Hello feather caps, tired toes, and sand dollars sitting on my shoe shelf.  We're all begging for the ocean.  I want to belong by the seaside, drinking fresca, leaving footprints in the finely divided rock and mineral particles.

Instead, I'm dining on pina colada bubblegum, lazily in my messy bedroom, 

I went to bed last night with muddy clouds hanging, and by morning's hands,

the sky was white, and the clouds gave birth to untouched snow. 

 Thank heavens there's heat in this house

An hour ago, I was normal. Fine. Nothing extraordinary laid in my chest...... then suddenly. I took a sip of water, took a breath, heard a tune. I don't know how it happened, but suddenly, I'm feeling shades of glory..    I guess this is proof. If your my lover, you'll never need Disney world. You've got me, the roller coaster.  

This is how I am. At one moment, I'm up in the heavens, an hour later I'm below earth's clay, I'm four seasons, all in one day. black Bear with me.

Speaking of black bears....  I am a black bear.

Metaphorically of course, and only when I'm wearing my $20 faux fur coat.

I spotted it a month ago in Montana.

If only I could capture and contain the pleasure received when I found this coat. I would bottle the feeling and drink two tsp a day...( or more, depending on the weather. )

I still can't fathom that it takes only $20 to become a black bear.

It's Tuesday! Another night of grooves and moves at the tea house open mic. But before I can put my mask on for the day, I want to shut my eyes.  Black bears need to hibernate,

I just need a nap.
